12 oz green beans
¼ c Spinach-Walnut Pesto
1 T butter
2 T water
- Steam beans for 4-6 min or until just tender.
- Stir together beans, pesto, butter, and water over medium heat. Simmer until thickened (about 5 min).
- Serve immediately.
