⅔ c almond butter (6 oz)
5 eggs
6 T butter
¼ t salt
1½ t baking powder
½ t cardamom
1 T honey
1 c blueberries (5 oz)
- Beat together first 7 ingredients until well combined.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Pour by scant ¼ c onto greased griddle over medium heat.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
