⅔ c almond butter (6 oz)
4 eggs
6 T butter
¼ t salt
1½ t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
2 t honey
¼ t vanilla
1 c shredded apple (8 oz)
- Beat together all ingredients until well blended.
- Brush a small amount of butter or oil over cooking surface.
- Pour ½ c batter onto waffle iron and cook for 3 min.
- Repeat with remaining batter, greasing surface between every other waffle.
- Waffles may be enjoyed immediately or frozen and toasted.
